Toon Tree wants you to be delighted with every item you purchase. However, we understand that not every purchase works out which is why we offer a 30-day(from ship date) returns on all orders. See details below.

How does the return process work?

  1. Login to your account or look up your order using the order number and email used to place the order.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and confirm your return request.

  3. Once your return request is submitted, our team will review your request and may ask you for more information, such as your order confirmation, shipping details, or product photos.

  4. If our team approves your return request, you will receive an email with return instructions. Follow the instructions and ship the item(s) back to the designated location.

  5. If the item(s) is received and found to be in new and unused condition, a refund will be issued and confirmed via email.

When will I receive refund ?

Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed.Remember, item(s) must be in new,unused condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Additional Return Information

Return Window

Item(s) ordered from Toon Tree are eligible for return within 30 days of the original shipping date. All return requests must be submitted and approved within this 30-day window.

Return Request Rejection and Approval.

After you submit your return request, our team will review it and may ask for additional information such as product pictures, receipt,and shipping labels.

Although most return requests are approved, Toon Treee reserves the right to reject return requests at our discretion.

Common rejection reasons include,but are not limited to, insufficient documentation to verify the order, product use, or attempts to return final sale items.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender or, at Toon Tree’s discretion, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Item Condition

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.Toon Tree may issue partial refunds at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund. In addition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed or covered by Toon Tree.

Toon Tree maintains full discretion to waive or charge return shipping costs and/or refund shipping costs associated with the original order and may adjust the amount of any refund accordingly. Toon Tree is not responsible for loss or undelivered returns.

Refund Information

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased on promotion(free shipping, discount, etc.) will only be eligible for refund up to the purchase price paid at the original time of order. Any applicable charges or fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Free Items with Purchase

If your order included a free item or gift with your purchase, this item must be included i the return. If the free item is not included i the return or is returned in damaged condition, Toon Tree may deduct the retail value of the free item from any potential refund.

Personalization

Personalized products cannot be returned if you change your mind or if errors occur due to incorrect text, spelling, or colour choices entered during your order. Since names and nicknames can vary widely in spelling, it’s not possible for us to identify potential mistakes-so please double-check your spelling/input before placing your order.
